How do I wash my Jamz?
Hand wash or on the gentle cycle in cold water only. Wash alone using a mild detergent. Hang dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN OR PUT IN DRYER.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
No Problem! Simpley e-mail us with what you received and what you really need. We will supply you with an returned goods number (RGN) and send the wrong one back. We will bill you for the correct one plus shipping and ship it asap. When we receive the wrong one back, in re-saleable condition, we will credit your account, less any shipping charges.
What if I received the wrong size or color?
Same as above, exept you will not be charged any outgoing shipping on the correct order. How do I order more than 2 Jamz.
E-mail us let us know how many, what size, and what colors you need. We will manually generate an invoice,add any shipping charges, if applicable, bill your credit card and send asap.
What if I want to pick them up in Anchorage to save on shipping charges?
Order them off the web store and just click on "will-call". We will set them aside and you can pick them up.
What if I have an odd sized door?
Click on "order cutom fit to door", and supply sizes and color that you need. There is a additional $5 fee and may take an extra 7 working days to be shipped.
What if I want my Jamz to be custom fit around my hinges?
Click on "Custom Door Jam-eez" and supply sizes and color that you need. There is a additional $15 fee and may take an extra 7 working days to be shipped. Here is a diagram to assist you with properly measuring your door hinges. Please specify if your door hangs on the left or the right.
Do you offer any other colors than marble and bark?
We are working on offering other colors and designs and hope to have some in the near future. Stay tuned to this web-site for details.
Can you custom make Jamz using my material?
That depends on what type of material you have. E-mail Elizabeth @ alaskadjmz@yahoo.com for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping rates apply to US orders only. Int'l orders are subject to additional shipping. Please email us for a quote and custom invoice before ordering.
